Our charges include: ISBN number, bar code, Library of Congress number, design layout of your book, and design of your cover in a format acceptable to our printer. Also included is the charge for a proof from the printer (mandatory), and shipping and handling of the books, which will be sent to your specified address. Our author fee of $1,100.00, effecive February 10, 2008 also includes listing our published books with a national distributor, and providing you with 50 copies of your book (assuming a 200 page book). You may subsequently reorder any number of books you wish, at any time.

Your book will be listed and advertised on our website at no cost to the you and will include a link to your own website. All books ordered directly through the Alabaster website will be assessed a fee of 25% of the selling price (set by the author) to cover administrative costs.

Authors set the retail price for their books. Authors will retain the profits from the sales of their books. Any and all promotion and selling of your work, other than your use of our website and a small amount of promotion conducted by our distributor, will be the author’s responsibility.
